Why the wall-mounted boiler cannot be ignited

Fault in air pressure switch

The air pressure switch controls the air entering the gas chamber and detects whether the exhaust gas is discharged completely. If the air pressure switch fails and cannot transmit the electronic signal to the mainboard, the ignition cannot be started.

Gas pressure is abnormal

The gas pressure is too low to ensure normal combustion; If the gas valve is closed, it will not work and will not ignite.

Ignition pin and detection pin of ignition plate are damaged

The ignition needle ignites the gas in the burner and the detection needle detects the combustion state. If the two components are faulty, they cannot be ignited.

Gas proportional valve failure

The fuel gas proportional valve is a key component to control the mixing ratio of fuel gas and air and adjust the combustion power. In case of failure, it cannot be ignited for combustion.

The water pressure is abnormal

The working range of the heating water pressure is 0.5-1.5bar. If the pressure is too small, it cannot be started. If the pressure is too large, the pressure will be automatically released.
